| Foaled February 22th 1996 by Flying Continental out
of Encinitas, by So Joyful (ARG), I was so impressive at an early age my breeder Ross
Harris of Pikeville, KY made the difficult decision to market me at the 1997 Del Mar
Yearling Sale. At that venue Jan and Mace Seigel purchased me for $85,000 and I was sent
to the barn of Randy Bradshaw. I learned my lessons quickly and have been successful in
earning over $130,000 from only a handful of starts. In my last race I just missed winning
a very difficult allowance race (finishing second) earning a 103 Beyer figure in the
process. I left behind me on the racetrack that day many Triple Crown hopefuls. Update to
my race record includes a third in the El Camino Real Derby G3 and I can be seen now at
the races as....No Cal Bread. (win photo here) and yes I am a Cal Bred! Below I am pictured at registration time. |
