Spot the Diplomat (Worldly Manner) is out of the Moscow Ballet mare Scare Tactics and was bred by his owner Harris Farms. He ran the 5 ½ furlongs in 1:04.20 and won by 1 ¼ lengths as the 8-5 favorite. He’s won two of three starts and has earnings of $112,440.
