Dr. Larry Galuppo and the U.C. Davis field surgical team, comprised of residents, interns and students, made their first of two trips to Harris Farms on April, 30 2010. The U.C. Davis V.M.T.H. has been coming to the farm for over 10 years, performing minor surgeries such as periosteal elevations and hernia repairs on foals. This opportunity allows the vet students to gain valuable field experience and provides a great service to the farm and our clients.
